As we develop and prepare for the new major update for Revamp, we want to introduce you to another character that will be joining the Revamp Xenoverse 2 roster, Semi-Perfect Cell.
Semi-Perfect Cell has been updated to be properly playable with new skills, a completed moveset and more!
Semi-Perfect Cell:
As a new playable character he will possess new skills to set him apart from his other forms.
